時(shí)間都去哪了,時(shí)間都在拖延下浪費(fèi)流失了。

周五下午,各科課代表各司其職,在第二節(jié)課下課時(shí)攢到辦公室,在黑板上布置作業(yè)。我是只有在筆記本上記的份,望著黑板,沒(méi)有討價(jià)的權(quán)利。

終于放學(xué)了,我收拾書(shū)包回到家,安排周末計(jì)劃:今天,我要把作業(yè)寫(xiě)一半,明天上午就把作業(yè)一掃而光!其余的時(shí)間用于復(fù)習(xí)。不過(guò),現(xiàn)在肚子有點(diǎn)兒餓,先補(bǔ)充點(diǎn)能量吧!晚餐自然是豐盛無(wú)比,我狼吞虎咽,飽餐一頓。

飯后,我吃得太飽,得站著消化一下食物。光站著太無(wú)聊,時(shí)間不能浪費(fèi)啊,看會(huì)兒電視吧。于是我打開(kāi)了以前的回放,看起了《挑戰(zhàn)不可能》······時(shí)間怎么這么快,半個(gè)小時(shí)過(guò)去了,我慌了,趕快拿出作業(yè)開(kāi)始做,一張數(shù)學(xué)卷還沒(méi)寫(xiě)完,爸爸就回來(lái)了,“十點(diǎn)半了,快睡覺(jué)!”無(wú)可奈何的我只好遵命。

“起床了,七點(diǎn)了!”我不知是聽(tīng)力不好,還是意志力薄弱,就是不愿離開(kāi)那暖和的被窩。最終,在媽媽的千呼萬(wàn)喚中我起床了。上午有點(diǎn)沒(méi)睡醒的感覺(jué),做題效率不高,只完成了昨天的數(shù)學(xué)卷,下午午睡一會(huì),睡醒看會(huì)電視,那作業(yè)呢?沒(méi)事,有的是時(shí)間,明天還有一天呢!

周日上午,總感覺(jué)我有一點(diǎn)思維混亂,簡(jiǎn)簡(jiǎn)單單的題被我“醞釀”成了十分復(fù)雜的題目,完成了歷史作業(yè)和地理作業(yè)。下午又完成了政治作業(yè)。還不防抓住興趣愛(ài)好,畫(huà)了一會(huì)兒畫(huà)······天黑了,我立即想起:生物卷子還沒(méi)寫(xiě)完!我慌了神,埋到桌子旁,求助“作業(yè)幫”,連搜帶寫(xiě)搞了四十多分鐘,總算是寫(xiě)完了?,F(xiàn)在想想看,周五我還想著用一天半時(shí)間去復(fù)習(xí)呢!

大家好!

到底是剪短頭發(fā)呢,還是繼續(xù)留長(zhǎng)發(fā)?我在鏡子前來(lái)回踱步。

“當(dāng)然是短發(fā)方便啦!”媽媽笑著說(shuō),“你頭發(fā)越來(lái)越長(zhǎng)了,打理起來(lái)也越來(lái)越麻煩。再說(shuō),嘗試改變也是一件很美好的事哦!”

我又抬起頭,望著鏡中躊躇不安的自己和頭上有些凌亂的長(zhǎng)發(fā),心想:改變?yōu)槭裁匆欢ㄒ馕吨ツ兀棵刻烨宄?,為了這一頭長(zhǎng)發(fā),我常常要在鏡前花費(fèi)很多寶貴的時(shí)間。但是如果剪成了短發(fā),不僅能節(jié)約時(shí)間,而且我還可以迎接一個(gè)嶄新的模樣,一個(gè)嶄新的自我……

我下定了決心:改變!

于是,我坐在了理發(fā)店的轉(zhuǎn)椅上,鏡中的我露出心滿意足的微笑??粗鴿M地的碎發(fā),我“如釋重負(fù)”,一下子覺(jué)得世界煥然一新。看來(lái),之前的擔(dān)憂真是多余!

出了理發(fā)店,冬日的暖陽(yáng)從云朵中露出微笑臉龐。我一邊邁著歡快的步伐,一邊在想:“改變,真好!”

這讓我想起了另一件事。

以前,最讓我焦慮的事情,就是在書(shū)房那“茫茫書(shū)?!敝袑ふ乙槐炯毙璧淖鳂I(yè)本。媽媽十分關(guān)心我,總是抽空幫我整理書(shū)房。但整理之后的日子里,書(shū)房總會(huì)時(shí)不時(shí)傳來(lái)一連串問(wèn)號(hào):“媽媽?zhuān)业恼n外書(shū)呢?”“咦,我的練習(xí)冊(cè)哪去了?”

于是,我嘗試改變。從給每一本書(shū)歸類(lèi)到把書(shū)柜分格,從為每一本作業(yè)本“安家”,到給每一支筆找到“住所”……很快,我的書(shū)房中的每一位成員都有了“新家”。

從此,我都自己收拾房間。忙碌過(guò)后,我每次都感到疲倦,但內(nèi)心卻是無(wú)比快樂(lè)。因?yàn)槲殷w驗(yàn)了“改變”:從媽媽為我的一切操勞,到我自己打理生活。我的房間越來(lái)越整潔,我也在改變中成長(zhǎng),越來(lái)越獨(dú)立了。

i learned that what we see is not universaltruth. it is not objective reality. what we see is a unique, personal, virtualreality that is masterfully constructed by our brain.

let me explain with a bit of amateurneuroscience. your visual cortex takes up about 30 percent of your brain.thats compared to approximately eight percent for touch and two to threepercent for hearing. every second, your eyes can send your visual cortex as manyas two billion pieces of information. the rest of your body can send your brainonly an additional billion. so sight is one third of your brain by volume andcan claim about two thirds of your brains processing resources. its nosurprise then that the illusion of sight is so compelling. but make no mistakeabout it: sight is an illusion.

heres where it gets interesting. to createthe experience of sight, your brain references your conceptual understanding ofthe world, other knowledge, your memories, opinions, emotions, mentalattention. all of these things and far more are linked in your brain to yoursight. these linkages work both ways, and usually occur subconsciously. so for example, what you see impacts how you feel, and the way you feel can literally change what you see.

快樂(lè)的忙碌在校園里,忙碌在太平最邊遠(yuǎn)的六中校園里,這就是我的選擇。

歲月的流逝中我總是如此清晰的記得,在20__年8月17日,我獨(dú)自一人騎著一輛略顯破舊的自行車(chē),經(jīng)過(guò)一個(gè)小時(shí)的顛簸,伴著一路詢(xún)問(wèn),終于從城市西郊的平安中部,跨越整個(gè)城市,來(lái)到了城市南郊的孫家灣。帶著懵懂青澀,我走進(jìn)六中的校園,走進(jìn)孩子們中間,開(kāi)始了三尺講臺(tái)相伴、四季風(fēng)雨攜手的從教生涯,成為了一個(gè)名副其實(shí)的六中人。如今,我已在六中校園走過(guò)了十八載光陰。十八年的經(jīng)歷可以是一本書(shū),寫(xiě)滿苦辣辛酸卻只能甘苦自知;十八年的記憶可以綿遠(yuǎn)悠長(zhǎng),而苦和累就是記憶的的主旋律。

記得曾經(jīng)因?yàn)楣卉?chē)難坐,我每天只能騎著自行車(chē)往返兩個(gè)小時(shí)上班下班。晴天,我披著一身塵土,霧天,我披著一身潮濕??崾畹牧胰眨顾槲易哌^(guò),冬日的寒風(fēng),堅(jiān)強(qiáng)伴我走過(guò)。冰雪中,我曾無(wú)數(shù)次的滑到又爬起,風(fēng)雨中,雨水曾無(wú)數(shù)次的使我雙眼迷蒙。這樣的困苦中,我選擇了堅(jiān)守,選擇了留在這里,留在太平最邊遠(yuǎn)的地方做一名普普通通的教師。

后來(lái),我嫁到了太平,開(kāi)始了擠三路公共汽車(chē)的生活。礦工們高大結(jié)實(shí)的身體時(shí)常將我?jiàn)A在中間,我在他們寬闊的后背間左躲右閃,只為了露出口鼻,呼吸一點(diǎn)新鮮空氣。有時(shí)為了準(zhǔn)時(shí)上班,因?yàn)檐?chē)內(nèi)擁擠,我只能掛在車(chē)門(mén)口,在坑坑洼洼的顛簸中,體驗(yàn)車(chē)在飛馳時(shí)風(fēng)從耳邊呼嘯而過(guò)的感覺(jué)。這不是我一個(gè)人的經(jīng)歷,這是六中人的經(jīng)歷?;蛟S正因?yàn)槿绱耍刑嗟娜诉x擇了下山,選擇了遠(yuǎn)離孫家灣的南山,高德的東山,而我仍然選擇了堅(jiān)守,選擇了留在這里,留在太平最邊遠(yuǎn)的地方做一名普普通通的教師。

在無(wú)數(shù)次的動(dòng)搖中,我無(wú)數(shù)次的選擇了留在這里!留在這里,為我愛(ài)的事業(yè)傾注我的滿腔熱情,為我的學(xué)生傾注我全部的愛(ài),包括那些時(shí)常為老師添些麻煩的孩子!留在這里,努力去改變因?yàn)槲幕笔Ф鴰?lái)的心靈的貧瘠,去面對(duì)因?yàn)樾┰S無(wú)知而無(wú)比蠻橫的家長(zhǎng),無(wú)奈的承受付出與收獲難成正比的困惑。

in my opinion, we should be polite to our parents and help them do more housework at home. at school, we should respect our teachers, get on well with our classmates and study hard. we should also obey traffic rules. when the traffic lights are red, we should stop. when we wait for a bus, we should wait in line. don't throw litter or spit in public. and we'd better not talk or laugh loudly. we should never say dirty words. be friendly to others and always ready to help the people in need.

if everyone behaves well, our city will be more beautiful and more attractive.
